Privacy Policy (English)

What we store

Fibrepass stores your shop domain, the Shopify access token needed to operate, the product IDs, titles, handles and image URLs of the products you create passports for, and the passport content you enter (fibre composition, origin, care, circularity, manufacturer and contact details). This content is intended to be public: it is shown on the passport page reached by the QR code. We do not collect or store any personal data of your customers. The app's Shopify scopes are limited to products (read_products, write_products).

Public passport pages

Passport pages (/p/…) are public, do not set tracking cookies and only count anonymous page views. A language preference is read from the browser's Accept-Language header or a ?lang parameter.

Where data is stored

Data is hosted on Railway (PostgreSQL) in the EU-West region and transmitted over TLS. We do not sell or share data with third parties; Shopify processes billing.

Deletion

Uninstalling the app marks your shop as uninstalled and revokes the access token; passport pages stop being served immediately. All shop data is deleted permanently when Shopify sends the shop/redact webhook (48 hours after uninstall), or earlier on request to busseozgenoglu@gmail.com. You can delete individual passports at any time from the app.

GDPR webhooks

We implement customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact. As no customer data is stored, the first two have nothing to return or delete.

Sakladığımız veriler

Fibrepass; mağaza alan adınızı, çalışmak için gereken Shopify erişim belirtecini, pasaport oluşturduğunuz ürünlerin kimlik/başlık/handle/görsel adreslerini ve girdiğiniz pasaport içeriğini (lif bileşimi, menşe, bakım, döngüsellik, üretici ve iletişim bilgileri) saklar. Bu içerik herkese açık olmak üzere tasarlanmıştır: QR kodla ulaşılan pasaport sayfasında gösterilir. Müşterilerinizin kişisel verisini toplamayız ve saklamayız. Uygulamanın Shopify izinleri yalnızca ürünlerle sınırlıdır.

Herkese açık pasaport sayfaları

Pasaport sayfaları (/p/…) herkese açıktır, izleme çerezi kullanmaz ve yalnızca anonim görüntülenme sayar.

Verilerin tutulduğu yer

Veriler Railway (PostgreSQL) üzerinde AB-Batı bölgesinde tutulur ve TLS ile iletilir. Üçüncü taraflarla satılmaz veya paylaşılmaz; faturalama Shopify tarafından işlenir.

Silme

Uygulama kaldırıldığında pasaport sayfaları hemen yayından kalkar; Shopify'ın shop/redact webhook'u (kaldırmadan 48 saat sonra) ile tüm mağaza verisi kalıcı olarak silinir. Daha erken silme için busseozgenoglu@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
